Facebook came to Truth Labs in 2018 looking for an update to their careers site. Their old career site was choppy, inconsistent and often left the users looking for more information. To combat that, the goal was to keep elements consistent, while also offering some differentiation to the standard “Facebook blue”. We also needed to be able to fit more information where the user could quickly get a taste of Facebook without being overwhelmed. Lastly, the amount of teams, locations, and information for prospective Facebook employees was so expansive that we needed to create assets that would work for multiple pages and different types of content.
