In 2018, Facebook approached Truth Labs with a vision to elevate the Facebook Life Blog project and orchestrate a comprehensive redesign of their careers site. The pre-existing careers site suffered from inconsistencies, choppiness, and a tendency to leave users searching for elusive information. In response, our collaboration with the Facebook team aimed not only to revamp the site's copy but also to design elements that would seamlessly frame and enhance this textual content.

Our mission went beyond mere aesthetic enhancements; we created a cohesive visual language that departed from the "Facebook Blue" while maintaining the platform's recognizable identity. Given the expansive volume of information housed within the careers site, we faced the challenge of crafting assets and layouts that could dynamically adapt across various pages and content types, ensuring a consistently engaging and informative user experience.
